PSSE Error during the process of installing

During the process of installing PSSE, I encountered an error that I couldn't resolve, so I'm seeking assistance. I would be grateful if anyone who has had a similar experience or has resolved the issue could provide help. There are a total of three error messages, and they are as follows:
- Could not connect to Sentinel LM server! License server is down Could not connect to Sentinel LM Server! If this problem persists, please contact PTI.
- No dongle or license was found for this product. Please connect a PTI-supplied dongle or install the appropriate software/network license.
- Note: No device driver for a dongle was found.

I assume PSSE is installed but a license server or dongle is missing. You can probably run the free 50-bus version!
which version of pss/e are you trying to install?
