I don't understand the question. The load flow is already solved if the voltages (magnitude and angle) are known. In your case it is easy to calcuate the line flow since the bus voltages and the line reactance are given.
It is just to enter the two buses and the branch into PSSE. Do POUT, GOUT or show a slider diagram to see the line flow calculated by PSSE. There is no need to solve since the voltages are given, i.e. calculated by somebody else.
