Calculate the three phase short circuit power at bus 4 with ASCC.
Simulate a bus fault and use the following fault admittance in MVA: B = dV * Sc.
If the short circuit power is 5000 MVA and the voltage drop is 0.3 pu (1pu-0.7pu) the fault admittance becomes 0.3 * 5000 = 1500 MVA. The following fault is applied:
This will roughly result in the wanted voltage dip to 0.7 pu. If needed, you can fine tune the fault admittance in order to come closer to 0.7 pu voltage.
