Check the repository of test cases at Texas A&M University:"https://electricgrids.engr.tamu.edu/ele…". There is a case with 10K buses with dynamics. For a single machine, use a SMIB (single machine infinite bus) network to test its dynamics. A demo set is posted at my google drive site.
