Why use another program when you can do it directly in PSSE!
It is easy if sequence data are present in the saved case used for dynamic simulation. Then just select dynamic disturbance "Calculate and apply unbalanced bus fault". PSSE will automatically calculate the equivalent positive sequence fault admittance and insert it as fault admittance at the faulted bus.
If sequence data are not present in your dynamic saved case you can do a separate SCMU-calcúlation with a saved case containing the necessary sequence data (negative and zero sequence) and use the reported "POSITIVE SEQUENCE EQUIVALENT FAULT ADMITTANCE" as fault admittance in dynamic disturbance "Bus fault".
