2020-07-14 04:58:50 -0500 | asked a question | How PSSE identify each type of technology? Hello Everyone, This is my first post here so I will try to explain myself as good as possible. I need to apply different profiles of wind production and solar production in percentage per hour to elaborate a file with the 8760h of the year and study the system in each hour. I know that wind generation can be identified in the "Machine Control Mode" tab with the "Renewable: Standard QT, QB limits" but for a file of more than 1000 buses I don't know how to identify solar or gas or nuclear, so my question is if there is any way to identify and separate generation depending on the technology used. I am working with the raw files from ERCOT (Texas operator). I am starting to work with Python and PSSE too and I am really lost with everything. Thank you very much in advance. |
