I am using PSSE 34.6 and would like to use the same model library. Do i need to convert it in a .dll file or can i use it ? I precise that i don't have the code used to generate the .lib file.

PSSE generic model don't allow a wind speed modification. The only possibility is to act on pitch control which is not satisfying. As an alternative, GE wind turbine model has a wind gust ramp function (GEWTGDU1) which is perfect for me.
