2019-04-10 04:02:18 -0500 | answered a question | Equipment not in service after dynamics simulation The change you made in dynamic simulation (e.g. trip line) will also change the respective equipment in the network data, make sure you return the value to default or load a previously saved file to run another simulation |

2019-03-29 10:23:33 -0500 | commented answer | Dynamic gen model error thanks for the answer, the power flow shows almost the exact same with PowerFactory result, all the dynamic model also have been converted and checked with DOCU, could you please elaborate on how to reduce the time step? |
2019-03-29 10:12:08 -0500 | commented answer | Rotor and phase angle thanks for the answer, I define the angle in machine quantity but it still shows the respective bus voltage angle, any advise to show the machine angle? |

2019-03-28 22:21:18 -0500 | asked a question | Rotor and phase angle I want to plot individual machine rotor angle for dynamic simulation, but I find that ANGL vars in the channel output is showing phase angle on respective generator bus, I am new to PSSPLT command so please advise for the intended applications |

2019-03-28 13:18:40 -0500 | asked a question | Dynamic gen model error I try running dynamic simulation without any disturbances, it shows steady value for few seconds then suddenly all the parameters drastically increase causing divergence calculation with NaN value. all dynamic models shows no error in DOCU and STRT check so it's hard to tell what the parameter error is, could you suggest some troubleshooting methods? I am working on a large transmission system with more than 50 generators, I used network data converted from Digsilent. The power flow solution is running seamlessly and shows the exact value with digsilent result, but the dynamic data just not working. |
