After some studying, this is what I could gather. I am using PSSE v 34.2, the chapter numbers are different in different PSSE versions, so look for the chapter names.

1. Program Operation Manual (POM.pdf)

   • Chapter 21 'Dynamic Simulation Setup and Procedures'
   • Chapter 23 'Model Writing' (this chapter was most useful)

2. PROGRAM APPLICATION GUIDE VOLUME 2 (PVAG2.pdf)

   • Chapter 24 'Elementary Blocks for Handling Transfer Functions in Dynamic Models'

3. API.pdf has Fortran commands that can be used.

4. Models.pdf

   • Chapter 34 'Model Functions'

I could not find many examples, there is one in POM.pdf and one on jconto's google drive.

Where can I find a comprehensive list of all functions/subroutines (and their syntax) that can be called in a user defined model? For example, MIDTRM, NUMTRM, LAG_MODE2,PROGRESS,DOCUHD.
