The output window is used for viewing transient stability output file or user define dynamic files so either you are on SLD window or database window to open any output file just open your output file (.out) by browsing file. i.e

1. Open(Ctrl+O)
2. Browse .out file

Output window will open .

The output file created after dynamic simulation has RMS quantity , which can be observed in PSSE Chop or output window.

Even though file a.sav is available at D drive, it is unable to retrieve.
