How to get DC shift factor from PSSE RAW files
Hi,
I am new to PyPSA. I have a basic question: given a PSSE raw file myTopology.RAW , how do I calcualte DC shift factor from it?it? I am looking to get the shift factor matrix for each bus vs each line. I know it is a giant matrix but I am trying to learn.
