The different between Local V control and Plant V control in REECC model
Hello everyone： Now I'm trying to use REPCA、REECC, and REGCA models' reactive power control, but I don't know how local V control and Plant V control work in this model, please can someone tell me what is Local V control, and the different between Local V control and Plant V control? Why the voltage drop before I added fault, when I use Local V control?
