In 24.5 of PAGV2 (PSS/E 33), the playback model 'TSTGOV1' is introduced in the chapter 'Other Models'.

I want to use this model to simulate a measured frequency response, however I can't find the model in 'other models' in the dynamic data tabs. How can I add 'TSTGOV1' in my dyr file?
