I am looking into POM and PAGV2 documentation from PSS/E that states a minimum three-phase fault admittance that can still be applied.
This question was brought out because a certain utility requires that during fault, the solution must still converge. I am working on disturbance simulation for simple system with Solar PV Plant under study.
Would appreciate to know if there's such statement from the manuals or any valid reference.
