Hello,

I modeled the governor in psse and then I monitored the it's reference through VAR value. But I don't know how to get the initial value before simulation. I tried to change the initial value of governor reference before it start to check the initialize. However, it changed again after initialize.

In addition, some governors set to the reference as their maximum power output but some governors reference set as their generation (Pgen). I want to know more detailed how to get it and change the initial value.

Plz, help me.
