I have two questions about Distribution factor data file. Do there's any python code can build ".mon", ".con", ".sub" files in PSS/E API? Second, if my power system have two situations (with different generator power output) to run the N-1 analysis with the same settings, could I use the same Distribution factor data file(.dfx)?
