I have an equivalent system with 5 buses. two of the buses are hydro generator buses and two are modeled as equivalent sources with given short circuit MVA as machine with GENCLS dynamic model and base MVA as per the given MVA. this was followed by the answer in one of the queries in this forum. the steady state simulation is stable and initial condition is ok, but after applying 3 phase fault one of the equivalent source modelled is not recovering after fault and there are continuous power oscillations, because of that other machines also giving oscillating power. can any one please help me how can I solve this problem. please suggest how can i share the raw and dyr files for further investigation.

--- Can any one please suggest how can I reduce oscillations at bus 174445 after recovery from 3 phase fault. i have applied 3-phase fault for 100 ms and cleared it after that the power output from this equivalent source is oscillating very high.

I have an equivalent system with 5 buses. two of the buses are hydro generator buses and two are modeled as equivalent sources with given short circuit MVA as machine with GENCLS dynamic model and base MVA as per the given MVA. this was followed by the answer in one of the queries in this forum. the steady state simulation is stable and initial condition is ok, but after applying 3 phase fault one of the equivalent source modelled is not recovering after fault and there are continuous power oscillations, because of that other machines also giving oscillating power. can any one please help me how can I solve this problem. please suggest how can i share the raw and dyr files for further investigation.

I have an equivalent system with 5 buses. two of the buses are hydro generator buses and two are modeled as equivalent sources with given short circuit MVA as machine with GENCLS dynamic model and base MVA as per the given MVA. this was followed by the answer in one of the queries in this forum. the steady state simulation is stable and initial condition is ok, but after applying 3 phase fault one of the equivalent source modelled is not recovering after fault and there are continuous power oscillations, because of that other machines also giving oscillating power. can any one please help me how can I solve this problem. please suggest how can i share the raw and dyr files for further investigation.
