NaN values after fault

Hello, I am performing calculations on a large system (1000+ buses) with many different dynamic models, and sometimes the simulation crashes during execution — “NaN” values appear everywhere. For example, in the first second of the simulation I apply a fault, then at 1.25 s I clear the fault, and around the 3rd second the calculation collapses - “NaN” values are returned. What could be the cause of this? Where should I start looking for the issue? At the moment of the collapse, voltages rise sharply and then drop down - turning into “NaN” values.
