Zero-Power Output Issue in GE Wind Model for Simulations Longer Than 3.5 Seconds

I conducted two transient simulations that start with a steady state and then trip the largest generator at 1 second. The first simulation is 3.5 seconds long, and the second is 4 seconds long.

In the 3.5-second simulation, the GE wind model outputs are non-zero. However, in simulations of 4 seconds or longer, the outputs remain zero, and plots only show values within the first second.

Attached are the results: plot1 (3.5-second) and plot2 (4-second), along with their output files. How can I fix the zero-power output issue for simulations longer than 3.5 seconds?
