I am trying to simulate generation loss that leads to frequency excursion. I would like to use REECC to respond to frequency decline to improve the frequency response. The following dynamic file for REECC and REPCA has been uploaded; please help me with which parameter could be modified or tuned in order to have the frequency response: Following data has been taken from google drive and shared by @JCONTO
