VSC-HVDC in pss/e v33.4

Hello everybody I want to model a VSC-HVDC link WITH pss / e version 33.4. I used the standard template from pss / e. but each time the dynamic parameters of the VSC-HVDC link are introduced, the model is erased and all the parameters disappear ?! is there anyone who has encountered this problem and can help me find the solution. thank you
