Fortran code to DLL error

I am a new user of the PSSE and I want to convert uexs.for file as an example in the psse folder. I install psse environment manager 9.1.1 and the version of my psse is 35.3. When I upload the uexs.for file in environment manager and I click on the "compile DLL" I receive the following error:

error #7002: Error in opening the compiled module file. Check INCLUDE paths. [ENCOD] USE ENCOD

I would be thankful if anyone has some idea about that and share it with me. Thanks

You probably has to compile module ENCOD before compiling any code refering to ENCOD.

It works fine for me. Are you sure you haven't modified the source file? Do you find ENCOD in the code?

Thank you. Does the mentioned process for installation of the Fortran Medic for PSCAD work for PSSE? If so, how could I download Fortran Medic without PSCAD? Thanks.
