Hi everyone, I want to implement grid-forming inverters in PSS/E to analyze their impact on system stability. I have some experience with grid-following inverters using REGCA1, REECA1, and REPCA1. Can anyone please guide me how to implement a grid-forming inverter?

Thank you.

As far as i know, PSSE can not simulate an island network or in other words a V/F control can not work in PSSE. One way would be that the GFC stays connected with atleast one synchronous machine but then you can not do the V/F control effectively but if you remove machine, the simulation will probably not converge.
