Differences between Transformer connections CC1 & CC11?

What are the main differences between transformer connections CC1 & CC11 also between CC3 & CC13?? I was assuming that they are the same however when I used CC11 and inserting resistor between neutral point and ground the result was correct than using CC1. Thanks
