Good night: Which API should I use if I want to modify the RAW file?, for example, in an Excel Archive I have a certain value for a Tap Ratio for a transformer and want that some transformers have this ratio.

The easiest way is to record the changes using GUI. There, you can see the syntax in your modifications.
