Problem in initilization

When i replace a generator in IEEE-24 bus with a WT4 wind turbine and i do initilization it appears this problem:

Model IEEEX1 Bus 7 [BUS7 138.00] Machine "1 " : initialized out of limit(s) VR

Model IEEEX1 Bus 16 [BUS16 230.00] Machine "1 " : initialized out of limit(s) VR

Model IEEEX1 Bus 23 [BUS23 230.00] Machine "1 " : initialized out of limit(s) VR

Model IEESGO Bus 7 [BUS7 138.00] Machine "1 " : initialized out of limit(s) PMECH(I) CONTROL WT4E1 AT BUS 13 MACHINE 1 WRONG INITILIZATION: ACTIVE NET CURRENT 1.2663 EXCEEDS MAXIMUM 1.1100

How i can solve this problem? Thank you.

No the swing bus is 1 bus. Yes i replace the bus 13 with a wind generator.

Is PGEN at bus 7 changed? Is it the same PGEN and QGEN at bus 13 after changing to wind generator?
