Hello everyone,

i am wondering why no load shedding is happening even though i inputted all necessary parameters. here is my code

40003 'USRLOD' * 'UVUFBLU1' 13 1 1 20 0 7 18 906 0.7 0.2 0.025 0.6 0.1 0.025 0.5 0.05 0.05 0.05 59 0 .5 0 0 0 0 0 0 0.05/

and this happens during dynamic simulation

UVUFBLU1 AT BUS 40003 LOAD 1 STAGE 1 PICKUP TIMER STARTED AT TIME = 4.550 FREQ = 58.997

UVUFBLU1 AT BUS 40003 LOAD 1 STAGE 1 BREAKER TIMER STARTED AT TIME = 4.550

UVUFBLU1 AT BUS 40003 LOAD 1 STAGE 1 BREAKER TIMER TIMED OUT AT TIME = 4.600 50.00 PERCENT OF INITIAL LOAD SHED NO LOAD SHED FOR THIS STAGE 50.00%

----it reached my trigger frequency which is 59hz but no load shedding even activated

thank you for the answers :)

The dyr data format looks ok. I would add a time delay to the first UF stage. I assume there is load at bus 40003.
did you check the log during initialization for errors related to load at bus 40003 or if the contingency took out such load?

Check your PSSe version. Suggest to upgrade to latest version v.33.12.2,

• UVUFBLU1 - Fixed an issue in the load shed logic pertaining to frequency relay part of the load relay model. This issue was preventing load being shed by the frequency relay. Additionally, this issue would have resulted in the model VAR location of another model getting changed.

yes sir i've checked it also. no error was found during initialization and after the run, the load is still intact no shedding. but if i change i to LDSHBL, that same bus will drop its load. in UVUF, does need to satisfy the condition for UV and UF before dropping its load or whichever comes first?

No, UV actions are independent of UF actions. Could be the PSSe versio? It is known that latest PSSe33.12.2 has corrected a bug related to this UVUFBLU1 model.

Hi sir i am using version psse 33.4. if not a burden to you, can i send you my .sav, .dyr. .py to test in your own pssse version to test? thank you in advance sir
