REPCA MODEL Vreference

If VCFlag=1, the equation is |Vt-(Rc+Xcj)Ibranch|. At the initialization, VAR(L)=|Vt-(Rc+Xcj)Ibranch|=0.89979pu instead of 0.9988 (load Flow). If I want to put Vref=1.01, should I write 1.012 (=0.9988/0.899791.01) in VAR(L+1)? In addition, the calculation for |Vt-(Rc+Xcj)Ibranch Will be: Vt=0.9988 and angle=1.64º --Z Vt=0.9988cos(1.64)+j0.9988*sin(1.64) RC=0.05 Xc=0.03 Ibranch=1.947pu (488.3A)

If you have two different machines in the plant, you model the same REPCA for both. If you want to change the Vref how do you set it since both have different base?
