Solutions to issues in dynamic runs are usually in a case-by-case scenario. If you can, provide more info about your test.

Check always the scale of your plots. After running a PSSe dynamic study, you can use PSSPLT to find the worst channels deviations using the idv file attached below. For deviation of Q channels, its is good to get 10E-02 or lower values:
