PV plant model validation using PSSE
Hi , can any one help me to understand the procedure of PV plant model validation using PSSE? i welcome all the suggestion either in term of any video link or document or person contact who can guide me.

DMView can help you run model tests.
Check the internet for "plant model validation", also the following NERC presentation. The acceptable way to satisfy NERC Standards MOD 025-2,026-1,027-1, is to show that measurements recorded matched pretty well with simulation results. This presentation gives an introduction to the tests preformed.
The PSSe playback model PLBVFU1 allows to compare measurement against simulation output. Also, V-profiles or Freq-profiles can be set in the model to check simulated plant's models response. Check the post "Example using PLBVFU1 playback generator" for additional info.
Check this forum for "PV and WTG Step Change". Yunzhi's tool DMview allows the simulation of multiple test (V, F, SCR)
This depends on what you mean by "validation", in this context it can mean any of the following. 1) Confirming that the PSS/E model is numerically stable; 2) Confirming that the PSS/E simulation results from the model are realistic; 3) Comparing PSS/E simulation results to an electromagnetic transient model (e.g. in PSCAD/EMTDC); or 4) Comparing PSS/E simulation results to recorded measurements from an actual PV plant.
