voltage optimization (Voltage Limit Enforced)

Dears,

If you have a case with a specific load and during running power flow, voltages violate normal limits.

In case I want to enforce voltage normal limit (0.95-1.05) and I am allowed to change transformer tap setting & fixed shunts, is there a way to enforce voltage normal limit?
