Is it possible to get the REGCA and REECB models in fortran or flex format?

I need to have these models in open code, in order to compile them for simulations in PSSe 33.

As far as I know, the source code for those models isn't public. If you email PSS/E support, they might do you a favour and either give you the source code or give you the models in v33 format. Don't bank on it though.
