PSSE Dynamic Simulation parameters
Hi, I am new to PSS/E. I want to know about CON, VAR, ICON, STATE, etc. What are these actually? I don't see these type of things in other software. Please, anyone, shed some light on it? Thank You.

It is better to read Program Application Guide, volume 2.
Check the API documentation. It is called "API.pdf" in your PSSE folder.
