Adding a time-delay during simulation

Dear all I want to add a time delay to the power system stabilizer input during the dynamic simulation of a two area system to show the impact of delays in Wide area damping controllers. Can anyone help me? how to simulate those delays in PSS/E? Thanx

You have to write a user-model of the PSS with built-in time delays of the signals.
