I'm working in the renwewable energy. I have used the generic models for the pv inverter. Now I want to compare the additional Q caused by the pv inverter with that of the SVC. I tried to use the model of SVc but it don't make any change in the system. Please if anyone have a model for SVC , send me?
use CSVGN1 from the generator model libraries,set the bus at whic the SVC is connected to type 2.

When you say that you used the model of the SVC, which model were you using? Also, what parameters did you use for this SVC model? If you give more details, then your readers will be in a better position to answer your questions.
