Dear! I am using pss/e 33. i have been run power system connect with wind farm via HVDC VSC. However system is show Network not converged when simulation one faults in power system. Can you give me some suggest for this situation? Thank you.

Yes. Thank you so much.

I after clear fault have the situation during nearly 0,5 - 1 second network not converged. After that parameter show NaN value.

You may try the following: -Try to decrease the fault impedance value (e.g. -1e6 MVA). Remember that a fault is represented as a discontinuity in the program and treats it in a different way. -Decrease the time step (e.g. 0.0041667 ms). Did you develop a detailed wind farm model? Check the X/R ratio

Thank you so much. I have check it is better than, However when i add exciter dynamic is show that CONTROL WT4E2 AT BUS 105 MACHINE 1 NUMBER OF INTERNAL DC LINK ITERATIONS EXCEEDS 100 and feedback the result NaN

Thank you so much, my problem from not change remote control in dynamic parameter of electrical wind turbine. Thank you so much

What did you do to converge the dynamic simulation?

Could you mind to share me the dynamic parameters of your Wind plant. I am running Dynamic and my system also show "Network not converged at time..."

It is normal to get network not converged when simulating a solid three phase fault. You can try to increase the number of iterations in dynamic solution options. Does the network converge after fault clearing?
