I am having this "insufficient access rights. FDNSD264 (FDNSCLOS/CLSPTI)" error followed by another "insufficient access rights. YMATD265 (YMATCLOS/CLSPTI)" error, every time I try to solve the system by Newton Raphson method in PSSE.

I thought that could be a licencing issue but all the other computers with the same licence are working fine.

How can i solve this problem?

I only met such situation when more than 2 PSSE are running Newton Raphson method simultaneously, and other processes of PSSE crashes but one. I don't know why, but seemingly the access of some stuff about YMATRIX data is limited.
