Is there a way to open a IEEE Power flow data file (.dat extension) on PSSe v32? I know I can save (export) a .sav file to IEEE (.dat), but I'm struggling to do the other way around. Thanks for the help.

IEEE Common Data Format Power flow data file can be converted to raw format using auxiliar program COMFOR33.exe (located at C:\Program Files (x86)\PTI\PSSE33\PSSBIN)

Partial Description of the IEEE Common Data Format for the Exchange of Solved Load Flow Data is at https://www2.ee.washington.edu/resear...

The complete description can be found in the paper "Common Data Format for the Exchange of Solved Load Flow Data", Working Group on a Common Format for the Exchange of Solved Load Flow Data, IEEE Transactions on Power Apparatus and Systems, Vol. PAS-92, No. 6, November/December 1973, pp. 1916-1925.
