I was able to find the details on power flow and sequence data for induction machines in the PSSE 33.9 POM. It is in chapter 5.2.1 and 5.5.1 respectively. In PSSE 34 they have moved this content to a new document "DataFormats.pdf".

As others have mentioned, dynamic model info can be found in the MODELS.pdf.

Power flow or dynamics? I think there is a tab in the network data for induction machines. Inside this tab, motor parameters are to be filled out. These parameters readily imply what kind of data you should fill in.

If you are referring to motor dynamic models, its in the model.pdf documentation

If you are referring to dynamics models, please look at the Model Library documentation (MODELS.pdf).
