Hi,

I would like to determine the parameters for my induction machine (CIM6BL) using the induction motor (IMD) program in PSS/E. But, I have no luck finding the instruction for how to use IMD. Can someone please help giving me the instruction for how to open/use it?

Thanks!

IMD info at: [v.33.9, Program Application Guide vol.2],

20.2.4.3 Motor Equivalent Circuit and Data (IMD)

Thank you, jconto! But, every time I type command IMD in PSS/E command box, I get "Invalid activity".

IMD is an external program, not callable from within PSSe. For v.33, IMD33.exe is located in same folder where PSSe33.exe is located, "C:\Program Files (x86)\PTI\PSSE33\PSSBIN" Search on the program launcher for "IMD" [in win10 click the windows icon and type IMD in the search box]
