Issues with running pssexcel module:DLL not found

I can run the pssexcel module fine on my computer but when others in my group use the program, they get the DLL not found error. Everyone in the group is using PSSE 33.9. Any suggestions or comments are appreciated. Thanks

P.S. I am invoking the script through the PSSE 33.9 GUI.

The PSSe GUI set paths and loads automatically DLLs. are "the others" also runnning scripts from the GUI?

Yes others are running from the GUI and is the preferred way.
