Case Crashing after initialization

Hello, I have the following:

INITIAL CONDITIONS SUSPECT:

GENSAL IEEEST UEL2
ESAC1A

etc.

Is there a sequence by which I need to solve the issues ? Should I start solving for the GENSALs first before I start tweaking the exciters and the governors. Thanks.
