Can anybody know how to resolve the following error?

I am repeatedly getting the following error while running the eigenvalue analysis. I have tried with different systems (sav, dyr files) even then I am getting same error. could any body how to resolve it?

Please post part of the code in "pssneva.py" where error is appearing.

Thanks for the reply Mahesh. I could not able to see the code of pssneva.py as it is a compiled python code.
