INITIAL CONDITIONS SUSPECT: I DSTATE(I) STATE(I) MODEL STATE BUS# X-- NAME --X BASKV ID 1 -39.140 3.8865 GENSAE K 20121 HSENJ 21 220.00 1

What it means STATE K? How do I fix it?

Check out Generator models data sheets in PSSE documents, I got K is E'q.

Initial states are calculated by Psse through steady state LF solution and parameters of models. It's difficult to identify what caused that suspect with a little information, but I suggest you check model parameters again, especially reactance, or change the LF solution (maybe change P, Vref of that generator is a good choice.)

I now that E'q is K, but where can i change the Vref of the generator?

By Vref I mean Vscheduled of gennerator, you could find this in tab Plant.
