I am trying to run power flow using a .sav file onPSSE33 but it gives me the following error:

Messages for api FDNS Generators are "converted" (000488).

Can anyone help me with that? The file was build on PSSE 30 and now I am using it in PSSE33.

It sounds like your file may have been converted for use in dynamic simulation calculations, switching studies, and the three sequence equivalencing. This is generally done through the [Power Flow]->[Convert Loads and Generators...] function. The best option is to find a version of the file before it was converted. If that isn't an option, and you're looking to perform typical power flows, I'd suggest saving your case from PSSE30 as a .RAW file, then opening that in PSSE33. You may even have some luck saving it as a .RAW file in 33, and then opening that same raw file. Good luck.

To avoid this problem (yes, it happen to me in the past) I suggest to add "cnv" as a suffix to the original case: savnw.sav - unconverted base case;

savnw_cnv.sav - converted base case, with generators converted to norton equivalent and (optional) load converted to zip model.
