i have downloaded psse but i could not find wind turbine gen (WTG) kindly tell me how can i find WTG so that i can perform loadflow of windfarm

If I don't get it wrong, you need wind turbine generator to make a dynamic simulation. In that case, you should check MODELS.pdf file in PSSE33 folder, it has information about WTG models you want, such as: WT1G1:Direct connected gen or WT2G1: Induction gen with controlled extexternal rotor resistor

In load flow a WTG is modelled as a normal machine, i.e. it uses the same data group as synchronous machines. There is a flag called "Wind machinge control mode", by which you can select how the reactive power control is done. For example fixed Q limits, based on power factor or fixed Q.
