Eigen Values

Hello Dear Experts I have an old version from PSSE 33.4 in which eigen values are calculated using separate command-window application launched from the Start Menu named ISYSAN I don't know how I can deal with this application. Please need your help .. I need to know the procedures to deal with this command-window application. Thank you
