PSSE v35.6 - python load failed with error code 126

I have PSSE v33 & v34; trying to install v35.6 and getting the python load fail error. I installed python39 and also have an installation of python27. I uninstalled and reinstalled both Python39 and PSSE v35 and still getting the same error. Help appreciated!

Do a re-install. Remove python 39 & PSSe 35. Now install PSSe v.35, and let it install python 39 (a 64-bit version) on default paths. Select applicable options related to the python installation.
