Breaker Status Relay

Is there any relay available that can be used to check the status of the breaker whether it is Closed or Opened? Or is there any way to add a user written relay? Please if anyone have any idea.

I want to check the status of one or more than one branches whether they are tripped or intact. If both lines are tripped at the same time then I want to shed some of my network's load.
