I am running the rocof model named DLSHBL. The formula of rocof is (f2-f1)/(t2-t1) ,or it can be shown as (delta f / delta t) . However, I do not know how long is the length of the delta t. Thanks for all your help. P.S. my solution parameters : Iterations=25 Acceleration=0.5 Tolerance=0.01 DELT=0.0002

PSS/E calculates RoCoF as (f2-f1)/(t2-t1) and then passes it through a low pass filter with a time constant of 0.04 (default).

Here t2-t1 is actually DELT. So, in your case, t2-t1 = 0.0002.

The frequency filter time constant is shown in "Dynamic Solution Parameters".
